Allyson Lee
Account executive Allyson Lee joined IGA in 2023. Allyson brings a wealth of insurance expertise in the real estate sector garnered during her decade-long tenure at a prominent global brokerage firm. In her prior role, Allyson led the Atlanta-based real estate team while also holding the esteemed position of southeast series associate delegate for the company’s global real estate council.
Allyson’s background includes program design, strategic placement, and client servicing for Commercial and Habitational real estate risks, as well as hospitality and development subsectors. Her passion for the industry and adeptness to navigate the dynamic and fast pace of the real estate sector enables her to deliver unparalleled service and innovative solutions to accommodate clients’ evolving needs.
Charley Myers
Charley Myers is a Partner at IGA, responsible for serving clients from the Chattanooga office. Founder Jamie Noe recruited Charley from a Middle Tennessee State University sales class in 2016, making him their first intern. By 2019, Charley had sharpened his skills enough to open the Chattanooga branch of IGA, where he eventually met his wife. He has been a co-owner of IGA since January 2022.
Charley credits mentorship with helping advance his career, and he’s passionate about paying it forward. For the last two years, he’s worked with other IGA leaders to train newer team members. He’s committed to setting others up for success in a career field that’s given him so much.
A Murfreesboro, TN, native, Charley is an alumnus of Oakland High School and Middle Tennessee State University. He and his wife have one son, and are expecting their second. He enjoys sports, and always looks forward to spending time with family.
Jamie Noe
A dynamic visionary determined to create a different type of agency, Jamie founded Insurance Group of America in 2014. Native to Campbellsville, KY, Jamie has a reputation for bringing a level of passion and energy rarely seen in the industry. That passion extends from his team to his clients to his growing family and the charitable causes they support. As CEO, he leads the charge for creating what an atypical insurance agency model he’s always envisioned: blending strong infrastructure and support staff with highly dynamic and energetic producers. His infectious energy and persistence have proved to produce unmatched results for IGA clients and has quickly turned the firm into one of the emerging stars in the Southeast’s insurance industry.
